Privacy policy
This site collects nothing about you unless you write to us. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no profiling — and, because of that, no consent banner to click away.
What is collected, and only then
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form and send: your name, your email address, and optionally your telephone number, the type of project, and the message itself. Nothing is collected before you press send.
Your browser's IP address is processed by our hosting provider in order to serve you the page at all, and appears in their standard server logs. That is inherent to how the web works; it is not stored by us and is not linked to anything else.
What is not collected
No cookies are set, by us or by anyone else. No analytics service is installed — not Google Analytics, not any alternative. There are no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, no session recording, and no profiling of any kind.
The site makes no third-party requests. The typefaces are served from this same domain rather than from a font CDN, specifically so that visiting a page does not disclose your IP address to a third party.
Why it is used, and on what legal basis
An enquiry you send is used for one purpose: to read it and reply to it, and to prepare an estimate if you have asked for one.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — and, where your message is not about a prospective contract, our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) in answering people who write to us.
Who else handles it
Two providers process data on our behalf, both under a data processing agreement:
Vercel Inc. hosts this website and delivers its pages. Resend delivers the email that carries your enquiry from the form to our inbox. Neither uses your data for their own purposes.
Your enquiry is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else, and is not used for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to answer them and, where they lead to a quotation or a contract, for as long as the law requires records of that to be retained. Enquiries that lead to nothing are deleted once the correspondence is clearly finished.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, ask us to restrict how it is used, object to its use, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to the address above and we will answer.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), or to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Nothing is applied retroactively to data already collected.
