What this website is
This website describes the construction and renovation services offered by Stein & Sol Canarias and shows photographs of work already completed. It is an informational site.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A price becomes binding only when it is issued as a written estimate for a defined scope, and building work is governed by the contract signed for that project, not by anything published here.
Accuracy of what is published
The descriptions, photographs and specifications published here are provided in good faith and kept as accurate as we can make them. Materials, finishes and methods vary from project to project, and a photograph of one completed job is not a specification for another.
Three of the images on the services page illustrate a category of work rather than a project carried out by this company. They are labelled as illustrative wherever they appear.
Intellectual property
The name Stein & Sol Canarias, the mark, the photographs and the text on this site belong to the company or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written consent.
The typefaces used on this site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
